John Green, my real estate agent, came highly recommended from a family member.
The first time I met him, I liked his enthusiastic, good natured demeanor right out of the
gate. He spent a great deal of time answering my questions and providing excellent
data regarding the marketability of my home and went into specific detail about the
comparable houses on the market. I was concerned about selling my house with snow
on the ground and the very cold temperatures but John encouraged me to move
forward with the process because he believed in the marketability of my home and he
convinced me he had a strong strategy.
When I had any questions or concerns, John and his Assistant Natasha Badger,
returned every text and phone call within an acceptable timeframe. They make an
amazing team.
When I first saw my listing online, I was truly impressed with the high quality of the
photography and videos. (Thank you brilliant Thomas)
The write up about my house and the stunning handout sheets were excellent.
It all made me feel quite emotional because selling a house is an emotional experience
and it requires a profound trust in someone very quickly.
John and Natasha navigated me through the whole complicated process calmly and
with such professional reassurance and patience, that it couldnʼt have been a more
pleasant experience. The house was sold quickly.
John and his Assistant Natasha were highly professional and I still canʼt believe they
sold my house in a snow storm during a pandemic. This might go down as an all time
miracle in my books.
Fast forward to two months later, once again I hired John to find me a new home in
Penticton. It was an equally wonderful experience. There was no pressure at any time
to pick something immediately. Heʼs extremely detail oriented, and tuned in quickly to
my personal tastes in homes and areas that I liked. He made me feel completely in
control of the whole process while at the same time, guided me with his amazing
expertise.
In my opinion, him and Natasha get a FIVE STAR rating from me and my family.
