For 41 years, Keith built an impressive career marketing and selling all aspects of real estate with particular emphasis in the areas of commercial, investment and agricultural properties. Be it shopping centres from Smithers to Kelowna, numerous apartment and multifamily rental buildings in the Okanagan, mobile home parks, office/retail buildings or industrial, Keith has developed an extensive knowledge in all aspects of these areas of real estate.

Keith excels in agricultural properties with a special interest in vineyards and wineries. He was successful in selling the Okanagan’s largest vineyard, Shannon Pacific, with almost 500 acres of land located between Oliver and Osoyoos, along with the sale of several estate wineries. Keith has assisted many professional clients in the “sale and leaseback” of commercial property for tax purposes. Keith excels in the field of income analysis on various commercial projects. In the field of development, Keith has personally built both high rise multifamily condominiums and commercial offices.
