Keith shines in two areas as a realtor: Firstly, he is a “big picture” realtor, which is important to me as someone who uses property as an investment. He has extensive experience in the market and stays up to date with trends in the South Okanagan and in BC in general. I completely trust his opinion when it comes to evaluating properties as a potential long-term investment. Secondly, his attention to detail when going through the purchase process has saved us from potential mis-steps more than once. We have dealt with other realtors who essentially disappear once they write the offer. This is most definitely not the case with Keith.
